What happens in a session?
Sessions are 75–90 minutes and are tailored to what your nervous system is doing in real time. We’ll track patterns, build regulation skills you can use immediately, and gently work with protective strategies so you can access more safety, clarity, and choice.
Is this therapy?
This is coaching with a nervous-system-informed, embodied approach. It can be deeply supportive, but it is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you’re currently in therapy, this work can complement it beautifully.
