I've never done coaching before — is that okay?
Absolutely. Many of my clients come to Grounding as their very first coaching experience. There's nothing you need to prepare, perform, or "figure out" beforehand. We move at the pace of your system. You'll be guided gently every step of the way.
Honestly — it feels expensive. Is it worth it?
I hear you, and that question is so valid. Grounding is an investment — and it's also an investment that compounds. The tools, awareness, and capacity you build don't disappear when our sessions end; they become part of how you move through the rest of your life. Payment plans are available, and a free clarity call can help you decide if the timing is right.
I don't have time for one more thing.
That feeling itself is often a sign your nervous system is asking for support. Sessions are spaced to fit your real life (typically every 1–2 weeks), and the tools you'll learn actually create time — by reducing the loops of overwhelm, overthinking, and recovery that quietly eat your days.
Is this therapy?
No — this is nervous-system-informed coaching with somatic and polyvagal tools. It can be deeply supportive and pairs beautifully alongside therapy, but it isn't a substitute for mental health treatment.
