Cancellation Etiquette

Kim Jackson-Massaro Coaching understands that life can sometimes present unexpected circumstances that may require you to cancel or reschedule your coaching session.

In order to provide the best service to all clients, the following cancellation policy has been implemented:

1. Notice Period: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be in need of our services.

2. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your scheduled session without notifying us, you will be charged, 50% of your appointment as a late cancellation or no-show fee. This fee is necessary to compensate our practitioner for the time that was set aside for your session.

3. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will take such situations into consideration. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate your rescheduling needs, but please understand that our availability may be limited, especially on short notice.

5. Payment of Fees: Late cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

6. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the practitioner.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.
